Our client seeks a Janitor /Cleaner with experience and knowledge to conduct any residential, commercial, or post-construction cleaning. Candidate must have the know-how to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:
Generally cleaning of the building and maintaining it in good condition.
Post Construction Clean up
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
Ensure the beauty supplies are clean and sanitised at all times.
Residential Cleaning
Maintain the customer storeroom.
Clean the store window and store entrance each day
Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
Collect and dispose of trash
Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
Full comprehension of the handling and safety of chemical products
