Funds Wind Down As a Senior Associate in our Advisory group focusing on fund wind downs you will support solvent Cayman Islands or Delaware private and mutual funds across various investment strategies, sectors, and industries. Working under Senior Management supervision, you will assist with engagement planning, execution, reporting, and wrap-up as funds wind down and return capital to investors. The role includes fund accounting, daily, monthly, and quarterly operational reporting, bank and custodial matters, cash and vendor transactions, accrual analysis, and forecasting. You will liaise with Portfolio Managers, support investment management and divestment processes, review valuation methodologies, correspond with investors, and manage day-to-day investor queries. Applicants should have at least 2 years’ funds industry experience, preferably with Cayman Islands funds, and an internationally recognized accounting designation such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA. Awareness of statutory insolvency legislation in a common law jurisdiction is preferred. Strong technical, communication, client relationship, problem-solving, judgment, and pressure-management skills are required, along with attention to detail and a commitment to the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct. Salary: CI$63,735 – $73,080 with an annual bonus opportunity. Working Hours: The normal working hours of the Firm are 37.5 hours per week.
