Elite Tattoo Artist & Body Piercer

ELITE ARTIST WANTED — STUDIO SYX TATTOOS

Studio Syx Tattoos is seeking an exceptionally skilled, highly experienced Tattoo Artist & Body Piercer to join our team in the Cayman Islands. This is NOT an entry-level or mid-tier opportunity, we are only interested in top-tier professionals operating at an elite standard. If you are not already among the best in the region, this role is not for you.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• 10+ YEARS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE* in BOTH:
• Tattooing (full-time, studio-based)
• Body Piercing (professional, sterile environment)
• Established Clientele in the Cayman Islands
• Must already have a strong, loyal, and active client base locally
• Certified in Health & Safety by the Cayman Islands Government
• Must meet ALL local regulatory and licensing requirements
• Proven Portfolio of HIGH-END WORK
• No apprenticeships or junior portfolios will be considered

SPECIALIZATION REQUIREMENT

Must SPECIALIZE IN REALISM (black & grey and/or color)

• Photorealistic portraits
• Hyper-realistic detail work
• Advanced shading and depth techniques

ADDITIONAL STYLES (REQUIRED VERSATILITY)

Candidates must also demonstrate strong capability across multiple styles, including:

• Fine Line
• Blackwork
• Traditional (American)
• Neo-Traditional

• Geometric
• Dotwork
• Script / Lettering

• Watercolor
• Cover-ups & Reworks
• Custom large-scale pieces (sleeves, back pieces, etc.)

BODY PIERCING REQUIREMENTS

Extensive experience with

• Ear curation
• Facial piercings
• Oral piercings
• Body piercings (including advanced placements)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Sterilization protocols
• Cross-contamination prevention
• Jewelry standards & materials
• Healing processes and aftercare
