Massage Therapist

Island Hospitality is actively seeking qualified applicants for the position outlined below. Island Hospitality is a staffing outsourcing company providing personnel to businesses across the Cayman Islands. One of our key partners, Arcadian Massage & Spa, is currently seeking to fill the following position through our manpower services. Arcadian Massage & Spa is a wellness-focused company offering therapeutic massage and spa services to clients across the Cayman Islands. We are committed to providing a serene and professional environment where clients can experience relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation. We are currently inviting experienced applicants to join our team for the position of Massage Therapist The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality massage therapy services tailored to the needs of each client. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about wellness, skilled in various massage techniques, and dedicated to creating a calming and restorative experience.

Minimum requirements

• Certification in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal).
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized treatment space.
• Commitment to client confidentiality and ethical standards.

Salary Range CI$1,500- CI$3,000 per month depending on experience. Caymanians preferred
