Graduate Training Programme

Are you a young Caymanian eager to start a rewarding career in the financial services industry? We are seeking Class of 2026 university graduates to participate in Cayman Finance’s Graduate Training Programme commencing 1st October 2026. Successful candidates will receive a full-time contract at a Cayman Finance member. Participating organisations include: Alexandria Bancorp, Alvarez and Marsal, BDO Cayman, Cayman National, Conyers Dill & Pearman, Dentons, DM Financial, Global Captive Management, Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton Specialist Services, Harneys Fiduciary, Highvern, JTC, Leeward Management, Moore Professional Services, Patria Finance, Rawlinson & Hunter, RSM Cayman, Saffery Trust, Teneo, Tenet, and Willis Towers Watson. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Must be able to provide proof of being Caymanian

Responsibilities General administrative tasks

• Answering phones, responding to emails, managing calendars, scheduling meetings
• Taking meeting minutes and circulating action items
• Filing documents (digital and/or physical) and maintaining records
• Data entry, document formatting, proofreading, and basic editing

Technology and tools

• Using standard office software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Updating spreadsheets, databases, or internal systems
• Participating in virtual meetings and collaborating via platforms like Teams, Zoom, etc.

Professional development and learning

• Attending induction/orientation sessions and relevant training
• Shadowing colleagues to understand workflows
• Participating in evaluations, feedback sessions, or mentorship initiatives

Other industry specific tasks dependent on job placement. Skills
