About the Role PRO STARS LTD T/A PROSTARS CONSTRUCTION is seeking an experienced Drywall Finisher / Mason to join our site teams. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing both interior finishing and masonry work to a high standard. Key Duties Install, hang, and finish drywall and partitions to a smooth, paint-ready level. Apply joint compound, tape, and sand drywall joints and corners. Perform general masonry tasks, including blockwork, plastering, patching, and concrete repairs. Mix and apply mortar, cement, and other finishing materials as required. Ensure surfaces are properly aligned, leveled, and finished. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all site safety procedures. Specific Trade Requirements This role combines skills in drywall finishing and masonry, requiring proficiency in both trades. The candidate must be capable of achieving smooth and uniform interior finishes while also handling masonry and plaster work for structural and aesthetic applications. Strong knowledge of finishing compounds, trowel techniques, and surface preparation is essential. Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience in drywall finishing and masonry. Skilled in plastering, rendering, block laying, and drywall taping/mudding. Must be physically fit and able to work in both interior and exterior conditions. Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship. Own tools and transportation preferred. Clean Police Clearance and two (2) recent reference letters required.
