Registered Nurse

The Stand Medical Centre is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse for a busy private practice.

Job Description

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, vital signs, and treatment support Perform phlebotomy, administer injections, and manage intravenous infusions Assist with surgical procedures and provide wound care Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation Categorize, retrieve, and analyze medical documents Ensure compliance with patient care protocols, clinical guidelines, and safety standards Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team members Support medical billing and insurance documentation as required Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of general nursing care, surgical care, and wound care
• Highly skilled in phlebotomy, intravenous infusions, and administering injections
• Proficient in categorizing, retrieving, and analyzing medical documents
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical billing, patient care protocols, and clinical procedures
• Cayman Islands Nursing Certification is required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
