Senior Associate

Valuations Our Advisory practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Valuations team. In this role, you will work on a broad range of valuation engagements for clients including asset managers, family offices, and regional operating companies. The successful candidate will prepare financial analyses and valuations across asset classes such as private equity, private debt, venture capital, and real estate, while also preparing reports, memorandums, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves developing financial models, performing sensitivity and scenario analyses, liaising with clients on valuation findings, and supporting the broader Corporate Finance team on transaction advisory engagements. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional services environment, ideally within valuation, transaction services, or corporate finance, along with an internationally recognized accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, CA, etc.). A valuation or finance-focused qualification such as CFA, CBV, ABV, or MBA, or progress toward one, would be preferred. Strong knowledge of valuation concepts, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are essential. Salary: CI$63,735 – $73,080 with an annual bonus opportunity. Working Hours: The normal working hours of the Firm are 37.5 hours per week. In line with your role and group, you will be required to work overtime when necessary to ensure client and Firm demands are met.
