Head of Revenue & Growth

Role overview Compass Media is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Revenue & Growth to lead and expand the company’s core revenue streams across its multi-platform media portfolio. This senior leadership role aligns sales, product, pricing, and commercial marketing strategy to deliver sustainable growth. The role reports to the General Manager and oversees sales, product, and commercial marketing functions. Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across all platforms
• Identify and scale new revenue opportunities and bundled offerings
• Lead pricing strategy and revenue optimisation
• Lead and develop the sales function through the Head of Sales
• Oversee product and commercial marketing functions
• Align content strategy with commercial objectives
• Implement data-driven decision-making and performance optimisation
• Contribute to company-wide strategy

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior commercial or revenue role
• Proven track record of revenue growth in media or digital environments
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of omnichannel advertising and monetisation
• Experience with AdTech and analytics platforms
• Experience implementing technology and performance initiatives
