Painter

The prospective employee's duties include preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and removing old paint; repairing cracks and imperfections using fillers such as putty and plaster; mixing, matching, priming, and applying paints, sealants, and protective coatings to various surfaces; and delivering decorative or faux finishes as required by the project. They will efficiently plan and execute preparation work, use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish, and ensure all painted surfaces meet site and client specifications. Additionally, they will follow building plans accurately, operate hand and power tools safely, and perform any other tasks assigned by the contractor
