Project Coordinator

Preferably Caymanians, Married to Caymanians or PR with Right to Work.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction Managers with monitoring project plans, schedules and work hours.
• Communicate with interior designers, architects, trades, and suppliers.
• Document and follow up on actions and decisions from meetings.
• Assess project risks and recommend solutions.
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
• Ensure project deadlines are met.
• Setting and laying out partitions on site.
• Coordinate rough-in and final inspections. Communicate with inspectors as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum five (7) years of experience in the same or similar role.
• Understanding of interior fitout construction methodologies.
• Some Construction or Engineering training
• Know how to read architectural and engineering plans.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers and tablets.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and long hours as required to complete the tasks on site.
• Must have a valid Cayman Islands driver's license.

Salary will be commensurate with experience .
