This position is intended for professionals with a minimum of three (3) years of continuous salon experience. Applicants must demonstrate advanced technical ability, strong client management skills, and a proven record of professional conduct. Entry-level or newly certified stylists will not be considered. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced hair services including precision cutting, corrective coloring, balayage, highlights, chemical treatments, and professional styling
• Conduct in-depth client consultations and provide expert recommendations based on hair type, condition, and lifestyle
• Maintain consistently high service standards and client satisfaction
• Ensure strict compliance with salon hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Manage client appointments efficiently and maintain accurate service records
• Upsell salon services and professional haircare products responsibly
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, punctuality, and work ethics

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ verifiable experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon
• Recognized certification or diploma in Hair Styling or Cosmetology
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality during busy periods
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professionally presented at all times
• Willingness to work weekends and peak salon hours
• Will be required to attend a practical skills assessment and interview.
• Must be Proficient in Speaking and Writing in English to effectively communicate with clients, understand service request, explain treatments, provides aftercare instructions and maintain accurate clients’ record. Clear communication is essential to ensure clients’ safety, service accuracy and service satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with corrective color and advanced chemical services
• Knowledge of modern trends and international styling techniques
• Must have clientele

Working Condition

• Prolonged period of standing throughout the day
• Repetitive Hand & Arm movements while cutting, styling and coloring hair
• Regular exposure to hair chemicals, dyes and styling products
• Use of professional tools scissors, clippers, blow-dryers and heat styling equipment
• Continuous direct interaction with clients
