F&B Server

Morgans Seafood Restaurant is a locally owned Restaurant at the Cayman Islands Yacht Club. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, fresh ingredients, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We’re seeking a friendly, professional, and energetic Server to join our front-of-house team. As a Server, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience through prompt, courteous service and in-depth knowledge of our menu.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner
• Present menus and offer detailed descriptions of food and drink specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver orders promptly and check in with guests throughout the meal
• Handle payment transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service
• Willing to work Nights, Weekends and public holidays
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
