We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Wheelchair and Bag Agent to assist passengers with special needs and handle baggage operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable experience for travelers while supporting airport and airline operations.
Assist passengers with reduced mobility, including wheelchair handling and escorting to/from gates. Safely transport passengers to boarding, arrival, and connecting areas. Handle passenger luggage, ensuring proper loading, unloading, and tracking. Clean and maintain assigned areas of aircraft and equipment, including galleys and cabins. Monitor and support staff to maintain a safe and organized working environment. Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing their queries and concerns professionally. Follow airport and airline safety and operational procedures at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in passenger assistance, airport operations. Ability to handle luggage and operate airport equipment safely. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and able to lift and transport luggage and passengers as required. Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to passenger safety.
