Carpenter / Cabinet Maker Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Translate concepts from rough sketches and detailed technical drawings into high-quality finished products.
• Work with premium materials to ensure all projects meet exacting, high-end standards.
• Operate a full range of equipment, from traditional hand tools to industrial woodworking machinery.
• Execute precise joinery, including cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components to ensure structural integrity, accuracy, and long-term durability.
• Apply professional finishing techniques, including fine sanding, staining, and lacquering to a flawless standard.
• Assist with on-site installations, ensuring precise fit, alignment, and overall client satisfaction.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail to consistently deliver a high-quality, refined final product.
• Thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment, remaining productive and focused under pressure.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
• Strong experience working with both traditional craftsmanship methods and modern woodworking techniques.
• Manage workflow efficiently within a fast-paced, production-driven environment while maintaining craftsmanship excellence.

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in cabinet making or fine woodworking.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites as required.
• Portfolio of previous high-end work (photos and/or references must be provided).
• Strong ability to read and accurately interpret detailed plans, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to produce consistently high-quality, precision workmanship on the first pass, with little to no need for rework.
• Physically capable of handling the demands of the role, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and active work throughout the day.
• Strong experience working with both traditional craftsmanship methods and modern woodworking techniques.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel for communication and basic project tracking
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification (GED or similar) required
