A high-end, luxury barbershop in the Cayman Islands is seeking a Barber with a minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience to provide premium grooming services to an upscale clientele. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled, professional, and capable of delivering a superior grooming experience.
Cutting and styling hair using scissors, clippers, and razors Shaving, trimming, and shaping beards and mustaches Consulting with clients to understand their desired hairstyles and preferences Applying shampoo, conditioner, and hair treatments, including hair coloring and hot towel shaves Providing relaxing scalp and neck massages Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation and shop floor Scheduling appointments and processing client payments Advising clients on hair care and grooming products
Minimum of 3 years’ verifiable experience as a professional barber Strong expertise in modern and classic barbering techniques Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Relevant barbering certification or qualification (where applicable)
Experience working in a high-end or luxury barbershop environment Strong client retention and relationship-building skills Knowledge of premium grooming products and services
