At least 2 years in the Janitorial/Cleaning Industry Ability to lift 50-75lbs Able to Deep-Clean; (interior & exterior of BLDGS) Pre-Post Construction Clean-up Drivers License Loyal/Punctual Honesty and ability to communicate with customers Able to work odd-off hours Knowledge of cleaning chemicals

• Proven Proficiency in the day-to-day cleaning of private homes
• Ability to perform scheduled "Deep-Cleaning" if/when necessary which involves -Labor intense tasks such as window-cleaning,(inside/outside).
• Successful applicant will likely be tasked with "pre-post construction site cleaning" which will be to the specification Site Supervisor.
• Must adhere to Customers wishes.
