At this time, we are inviting applications for the following full-time position.
This is a senior position within the firm’s trust & corporate department. The successful candidate will have a leadership role in the overall management of that business including primary responsibility for a number of the largest client relationships. In addition to the direct management of staff and client portfolios, the successful candidate will also be required to participate fully in the development of new business, marketing training, recruitment, preparation of budgets and financial analysis for the department and reporting to the Board. We are looking for an individual who has the demonstrated senior leadership ability and extensive relevant experience to manage, build and grow an existing portfolio of high net worth clients within a busy environment. This is a senior position and the successful applicant will be fully conversant in trust and corporate structures and be able to discuss the practicalities of both establishing and providing for the ongoing administration of such structures. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to meet frequent tight deadlines. The candidate must be highly motivated and organized, be willing to work overtime when required and must also be willing to travel as necessary to attend client meetings and to represent the firm at various industry events. They may be asked to act as director of client companies.
