Service Superviosr

Duties will include but not limited to

Supervision of staff and implementing company policy for

All technicians in the Service Department Ensure that all service jobs are correctly diagnosed and repaired. Parts department staff Warranty procedures and ensuring all service documentation is correct for submission. Ensure the workshop and all equipment is maintained and working correctly. Will report directly to the Managing Director

Must be BMW certified with at least the following qualifications

BMW Senior technician, BMW Generation 5 High Voltage certification. be versed in all BMW after-sales operations of a new car dealership & have at least 10 years working experience with BMW. Knowledge of PBS DMS is a plus. Must possess excellent supervisory skills, be customer service oriented, & must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Benefits in accordance with CI Labour Act. Must have clean drivers license & police record.
