Position Responsibilities Steel Fixer Cut, bend, position, and secure steel bars, rods, and mesh used to reinforce concrete structures. Interpret engineering drawings, bar bending schedules, and layout plans accurately. Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and support of reinforcements before concrete is poured. Operate hand and power tools safely while maintaining quality and structural standards. Carpenter Construct, install, repair, and maintain wooden frameworks, structures, fixtures, and fittings. Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications and blueprints. Install doors, windows, cabinets, drywall framing, roofing supports, and other structural components. Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Tiler Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or waterproofing materials. Measure and cut tiles accurately to fit walls, floors, countertops, and other surfaces. Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other types of tiles according to design specifications. Grout, seal, and finish tiled surfaces while ensuring a clean and professional appearance. Painter Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, pressure washing, caulking, and filling cracks or holes. Apply paints, primers, varnishes, stains, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces. Ensure smooth, even finishes while protecting surrounding areas from spills or damage. Maintain painting tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Requirements Proven experience in one or more of the roles listed above. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in various working conditions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
