Our Advisory practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will work on a broad range of M&A and valuation engagements for clients including asset managers, family offices, and regional operating companies. The successful candidate will support valuation and M&A engagements through financial analysis, valuations, report writing, financial modelling, market research, client liaison, and due diligence support. The role will also include preparing marketing materials and helping manage transaction processes. Applicants should have at least 3 years’ experience in corporate finance, transaction services, or valuations, together with an internationally recognized accounting qualification such as CPA, ACA, or CA. A valuation or finance-focused qualification, or progress toward one, would be preferred, along with strong valuation knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Salary: CI$63,735 – $73,080 with an annual bonus opportunity. Working Hours: The normal working hours of the Firm are 37.5 hours per week. In line with your role and group, you will be required to work overtime when necessary to ensure client and Firm demands are met.
