Visual Merchandiser

Design Studio Interiors Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to support the presentation, merchandising, and visual identity of its retail operations. The primary focus of this role is to enhance the in-store and online customer experience through thoughtful, brand-aligned visual execution. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with the Design Studio brand
• Plan and execute in-store layouts, product placement, and seasonal merchandising displays
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the retail space as inventory and collections change
• Create visual content for retail platforms, including in-store displays, digital assets, and promotional materials
• Manage and produce social media content to support product launches and brand storytelling
• Coordinate visual presentation of products for online sales, including imagery, merchandising organization, and inventory presentation
• Maintain and manage online product collections, ensuring strong merchandising performance and alignment with brand standards
• Collaborate with the retail and design teams to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Assist with client-facing activities related to custom furniture selections, including site visits, measurements, drawings, and presentations where required
• Provide front-of-house retail support as needed
• Perform other duties consistent with the role as may reasonably be assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a related field, including experience with digital merchandising platforms
• Certificate or diploma in a relevant discipline (e.g., design, merchandising, marketing) preferred
• Strong experience in visual merchandising across both physical and digital platforms
• Must be highly comfortable with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms, including Shopify
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Strong creative, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, as required by retail operations

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: KYD $10.00 – $12.00 (commensurate with experience and skill level)
• Working Hours: Up to 45 hours per week
