Beach Supervisor

As a Beach Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily beach and water sports operations, lead a dynamic team, and ensure safety, efficiency, and exceptional service for all guests. You’ll also assist the Assistant Manager in the daily running of the department and take charge during their days off or vacation periods to maintain smooth and professional operations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Manager in the daily running and coordination of the beach and water sports department.
• Supervise and support the beach and water sports team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor staff performance.
• Provide on-the-job training, feedback, and motivation to maintain high service standards.
• Manage and oversee the department during the Assistant Manager’s days off and vacation time.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and timekeeping requirements.
• Act as a mediator and role model for team members, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding operations, staffing, and any incidents or maintenance needs.
• Resolve conflicts, address concerns, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
