Multi-Purpose Associate

The Multi-Purpose Associate is a versatile and adaptable member of our team annd must be able to work night shifts (10pm-6am) ensuring the efficient operation of a busy 24-hour convenience store. This role involves various tasks that support the store’s day-to-day functions, with a particular focus on maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our customers. Your ability to provide flexible support across different areas of the store is key to meeting the needs of both our customers and the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Service: As a Multi-Purpose Associate, you are at the forefront of our customer service efforts. Your role is to assist customers by answering questions, providing product information, and guiding them to the items they need. Your friendly and helpful service is instrumental in making our customers' shopping experience enjoyable and smooth.
• Store Cleanliness and Organization: The associate regularly monitors and maintains the cleanliness of the store, ensuring that the aisles are clear, shelves are neat, and products are well displayed. The associate helps keep the store tidy and visually appealing, contributing to a pleasant shopping environment.
• Product Restocking and Display: The associate assists with moving items from the stockroom to the store floor, ensuring that products are always available and attractively presented. The associate may also assist in arranging product displays and keeping shelves fully stocked to meet customer demand.
• Support for Store Operations: Provide general assistance in various store areas, helping the team with the routine tasks for the store’s operations. This includes contributing to daily tasks that keep the store running efficiently and meeting customers' needs at all hours.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth flow of store activities. The associate is vital in supporting colleagues across different shifts and areas, maintaining consistent service and support throughout the day and night.
