The Firm specialises in offering advisory & restructuring, liquidation, restructuring directorship, soft wind-down, asset tracing & recovery and other related services to companies, trusts, partnerships and their stakeholders. At this time, we are inviting applications for the following full-time position. Assistant Manager – Corporate Restructuring and Recovery The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of clients over which R&H Restructuring has been appointed. This will include voluntary, provisional and official liquidation appointments, receivership appointments and other advisory and restructuring engagements. The successful applicant will be required to deal with all routine aspects of the day-to-day administration of the portfolio of clients, dealing directly with clients and their advisors.
It is necessary for the successful applicant to have familiarity and competency with the structural, regulatory, and multi-jurisdictional environment in which investment vehicles operate and an understanding of the legal aspects of the Companies Act, Companies Winding up Rules and regulations in the Cayman Islands. This position requires that the successful applicant be able to communicate effectively at all levels, be able to use own initiative, have experience of meeting frequent tight deadlines and be willing to work overtime when required. Applicants must be highly motivated and organised with an ability to work with minimal supervision.
