Tiler Full-Time KYD $198–$252 per day / KYD $22–$28 per hour We are currently seeking an experienced Tiler to join our team and contribute to the delivery of premium finishes on high-end residential and commercial pool and property projects. Key Responsibilities

• Perform precise tile setting, including surface preparation, waterproofing, and alignment.
• Install various tile types (ceramic, porcelain, stone, mosaic, glass) to achieve clean, luxury finishes.
• Cut and shape tiles using hand and power tools to ensure seamless installation.
• Work closely with the project team to maintain timelines and design specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work site in compliance with all safety standards

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional tiling experience.
• Expert in surface levelling, grout application, and finishing techniques.
• Strong eye for detail and craftsmanship.
• Must be over 25 years old (age restriction due to vehicle insurance requirements).
• Valid Cayman Islands Driver’s Licence.
• Reliable transportation is required (company vehicle may be provided depending on role assignment).
• Professional reference letters from past employers are required.
• Basic math skills are required (e.g. measuring surfaces, calculating tile quantities, spacing, and angles).
• Clean police record required.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
