JANITOR

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across multiple client locations. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth as the company expands. Key Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas Carry out deep cleaning and post-construction cleaning as required Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately Restock cleaning supplies and report low inventory Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company expectations Safely handle cleaning equipment and chemicals Interact professionally with clients when on-site Travel between multiple job sites as required Requirements Minimum of one (1) year of experience in cleaning or janitorial services Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks (standing, bending, lifting) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Good communication and customer service skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance Pension plan Annual leave Uniform provided On-the-job training and development opportunities Work Environment Work will be performed at various client locations May include residential, commercial, and industrial settings Physical activity is required, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and repetitive tasks
