Plaster Finisher

Plaster Finisher IP Construction is looking for a skilled and reliable Plaster Finisher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and experience delivering high-quality finishing work on residential and/or commercial projects. Key Responsibilities

• Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces with a smooth and professional finish.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as needed.
• Mix and apply plaster materials according to project requirements.
• Repair cracks, holes, and damaged plaster surfaces.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines.
• Work safely and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with other trades and site supervisors to ensure efficient project progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plaster Finisher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and follow job specifications and instructions.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Relevant certifications or tickets are an advantage.
