Floor Manager

Seeking an experienced and motivated manager to oversee daily operations and lead our large tam in delivering exceptional customer service in our busy retail store. Ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a passion for retail, and the innate ability to drive sales and enhance team performance. Will be responsible for maintaining visual merchandising and store layout in line with brand standards, ensuring store cleanliness and compliance with company policies and health and safety standards. Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency with P.O.S. and retail-management systems, and flexibility to work weekends. Position requires high school diploma and prefers a Bachelor’s degree.
