Wetworx t/a Detail Pros is seeking an experienced Mobile Car Wash Manager to oversee daily operations of our mobile car and boat wash services. The successful candidate will manage a team of employees, coordinate bookings, and personally perform car wash services, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Minimum 5 years' experience in the mobile car wash / detailing industry Must be able to perform mobile car wash services for both boats and cars Valid driver's license required Proficient in ceramic coating application Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of employees Computer literate with strong phone and email communication skills Excellent organizational and customer service skills
Personally wash and detail cars and boats as part of daily duties Take and manage customer bookings Supervise and manage workers, assigning daily tasks and schedules Liaise between workers and customers to ensure smooth service delivery Oversee day-to-day operations of the mobile car wash business Handle cash transactions and basic banking duties Apply ceramic coating and perform hands-on car/boat washing services as needed Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction across all jobs
