ASSISTANT COOK

The Cook Assistant is responsible for assisting the cook with food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients; preparing and organizing ingredients and kitchen supplies; assisting with cooking and plating as directed; maintaining clean and sanitized work areas, utensils, and equipment; properly storing food and supplies; following food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures; assisting with receiving and storing deliveries; and performing other kitchen-related duties as assigned by management.
