Shop Associate

Responsible for assisting customers in a retail setting, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties include greeting customers, answering inquiries, maintaining product displays, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. The Shop Associate will also help with inventory and assist in sales promotions and product demonstrations on social media. A strong customer focus, communication skills, and a friendly attitude are essential. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register. Maintain and organize merchandise displays, ensuring shelves are fully stocked. Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing store at all times. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products. Occasionally, participate in product demonstrations or promotions at the craft market and expo.
