As a Consulting Senior in Technology & Transformation, you will play an integral role in creating enduring value for our clients by driving transformative solutions across markets and industries, supporting risk management, and ensuring compliance for the benefit of their business, society, and the global economy. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of engagements which include client relationship and team management, and drive the production of high-quality deliverables and review the work of junior team members as applicable. You may also have the opportunity to work across teams in Consulting.

You can expect to

  • Provide effective advice and guidance on key technical areas surrounding risk, controls, and IT managed services.
  • Lead the execution of risk assessments and evaluates client environments to identify key risks and control gaps.
  • Analyze client data and business issues using established methodologies and tools to deliver actionable insights.
  • Facilitate the use of technology-enabled solutions to assess risks, review controls, and evaluate business processes and IT systems.

You are someone with

  • A Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent in business, computer science or relevant field.
  • A relevant technology certification, course or qualification. (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, MCSE).
  • At least 3 years experience in consultancy, with expertise in Microsoft server technology and Cisco communications networks within a distributed network environment.
  • Proven experience with project management, project problem diagnosis and solution development.

The incumbent will perform the essential functions of this full-time role under normal working conditions, which include a professional office environment at the Deloitte office in Camana Bay. This entails working during standard business hours (minimum 37.5 hours per week) with access to all necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively. Flexibility is required to work outside of regular hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet deadlines, address urgent matters, and coordinate with colleagues in different time zones. A comprehensive remuneration package is being offered with excellent benefits including health insurance, group life and disability insurance, well-being subsidy, professional development allowance, and access to Employee Assistance Programs (“EAP”). Salary will be in the range of US$70,000 to US$85,000 depending on experience and ability. We are currently seeking to fill one (1) vacancy for this position.
