AC Duct Installer

Ductfab Cayman Ltd is looking for Air Conditioning Duct Installers to work on various residential and commercial construction projects in the Cayman Islands. The AC Duct Installer is responsible for installing air conditioning ductwork and accessories including Palduct, rigid duct, steel duct, flex duct, galvanized duct, etc on various construction projects.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience installing all types of HVAC ductwork and accessories including galvanized steel, ductboard, fiberglass duct and Kingspan rigid duct systems
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to read blueprints and construction sketches as well as interpreting manufacturer technical drawings
• Relevant trade qualification preferred
• Ability to work overtime, on public holidays and weekends as needed to meet job site demands
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with strict time constraints and deadlines
• Must be neat & tidy and take an exceptional amount of pride in your work
• Working as part of a dedicated and experienced team so must be able to work closely with other members and train and mentor junior techs where necessary
• Must be able to communicate in English both written and spoken
• Must be able to provide at least 2 references for experience/qualifications
