Project Plumber

Job Purpose The position requires the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings. Role and Responsibilities

• Plumbing Service and repairs
• Plumbing installations
• Problem solving and identifying relative issues
• Front facing communication for clients
• Diligently filling out reports and checklists
• Read and comprehend blueprints and follow instructions from supervisors and management

Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements

• Cayman Islands Licensed plumber with a minimum of 10 years of plumbing experience, or a combination of training and work experience
• Experience in geothermal cooling applications and supplies is a plus
• Valid Cayman Islands driver’s license or the ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
• Must have the stamina to work long hours and be available for on-call work
• Strong math skills with ability to utilize software programs
• Move heavy objects and work in uncomfortable positions
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong and effective communication skills - both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
• Professional and accountable
• Strong work ethic
