Full time position working as part of a small team to strengthen the literacy programmes in various Early Years centres. The role is to create and implement phonics teaching for children aged 4-5 in selected schools. Furthermore, the candidate will be required to mentor the practitioners in the Early Childhood centres in order to ensure high quality teaching across the settings. Teaching and learning quality is monitored through communication with the ECCE at the Ministry of Education. The role requires a self motivated individual with a strong background in education and literacy. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education and have further training and experience in educational intervention. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be computer literate, and have a clean driving license. Salary starts at $3800 per month with health and pension as per the labour law.
