JK TRADING COMPANY LTD T/A QUICK MART CONVENIENCE STORE is seeking an energetic and customer-service-oriented sales clerk to join our team in our store. The sales clerk is responsible for stocking shelves, ringing up items for customers, and maintaining inventory. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and be patient and professional with customers always.
Greet customers. Answer customers' questions. Locate items for customers. Monitor inventory. Ring up items for customers. Elevate feedback from customers to management. Track orders and ensure on-time delivery. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Must have knowledge/experience of Nepali, Indian, and Asian products; With at least 2 years of experience in merchandise, inventory, and sales. Knowledge of the English, Indian, and Nepali languages is an advantage. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to remain calm with difficult customers. Prior experience in retail for at least 2 years. Ability to work in a team. Able to lift 25lbs. Flexible work hours are required, and you must be able to work on weekends and holidays. With a Clean Police record.
