Security Guards

Global Security Services Ltd. is seeking experienced and reliable Security Guards to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and property.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disturbance
• Monitor onsite CCTV and alarm systems as required
• Control access to buildings and restricted areas
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
• Write detailed daily activity reports and incident reports as required
• Provide courteous assistance to clients, staff, and visitors
• Ensure compliance with company security and safety procedures
• Support emergency response protocols when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Security Guard or similar role. Prior law enforcement experience is an advantage
• Excellent observational and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Must be punctual, reliable, and well-presented
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Valid Cayman Islands Driver’s License (preferred but not mandatory)
• Clean police record (mandatory)

Work Hours

• Shifts may vary (Day/Night), including weekends and holidays and extended hours.

Compensation & Benefits

• CI$8.75 per hour
• Benefits as per Cayman Islands Labor Law
