We are currently seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and client-focused Mobile Massage Therapist to join our team. Job Duties & Responsibilities Mobile Service Delivery: Travel safely and punctually to clients' homes, luxury hotels, villas, and corporate spaces across the island to deliver top-tier massage treatments. Client Consultation: Assess clients’ physical conditions, medical history, and specific needs to customize massage plans that ensure maximum therapeutic benefit and safety. Environment Setup: Independently transport, set up, and break down a professional portable massage table, fresh linens, and necessary ambiance materials (music, oils, aromatherapy) at each location. Treatment Application: Perform a wide variety of massage techniques consistently and effectively, tailored to the client's physical requirements. Hygiene & Maintenance: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for all equipment, linens, and supplies between appointments. Administration: Maintain accurate and confidential client treatment records, manage on-the-go bookings, and process mobile payments. Skills Required Technical Expertise: High proficiency in multiple massage modalities, specifically Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Neuromuscular/Trigger Point therapy. Adaptability: The ability to create a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere in varied and unpredictable environments. Time Management: Exceptional punctuality and scheduling skills to navigate island traffic and arrive at appointments on time. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and respected in their own spaces. Physical Stamina: The physical ability to perform consecutive deep-tissue massages and comfortably carry professional massage equipment (tables, bags) in and out of locations. Qualifications Certification: You must be fully certified and licensed by an internationally recognized massage therapy governing body or equivalent. Experience: We are looking for a master of the craft. Over 15 years of hands-on experience is highly preferred; however, candidates with a strong track record and a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience will also be readily accepted and considered. Salary, Work Hours & Benefits All terms of employment strictly adhere to the Cayman Islands Labour Act (2021 Revision). Work Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: CI$12.00 per hour (minimum) Pension, Vacation and Health Insurance.
