Coaches and drives excellence around core operations procedures on each of their shifts. F&B industry, including organisation, leadership, customer service, teamwork, computer & POS (point of sale) literate, math, verbal & written communication skills needed.
Be willing to become a certified KFC All Star Team Member (kitchen & frontline). Must have prior KFC or QSR Supervisory or F&B Management experience. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated; lift up to 45 pounds; stand for long periods of time; clean; work split shifts; weekends & holidays; 45 hours/week or as needed, interact well with a multi-cultural workforce. Clean Police Clearance. Regular access to your own personal vehicle is an asset. Free meal/ per shift; benefits per Cayman law. Wage range: KYD$11.50 – 14 / hour (per skill set).
Will assist with management of daily operational procedures with the support team, per KFC International standards: including but not limited to, food preparation, customer service, cleaning, cashier duties and other duties from time to time. Assists with Operational Efficiency, Sales & Inventory Management, Team Training, Recruitment & Development, Staff Supervision, R&M and Customer Service. Candidate will work in all KFC locations as needed.
