Job Description

Greet customers in person or by phone and direct them to the appropriate department/team member. Provide administrative support to the various departments as needed.

As Receptionist you will

  • Answer all incoming calls.
  • Perform general administrative functions for the Company including managing the courier and mail service activities.
  • Log all cheques.
  • Dispatch notices and outgoing mail.
  • Greet and direct walk-in clients to the appropriate area.
  • Collate policy contracts and dispatch to Insurance Advisors for delivery.
  • Assist with responding to agent and client queries.
  • Assist with Client Service tasks.
  • Process all online payments received daily.
  • Prepare the monthly report for submission to the Administrative Officer.
  • Log all transactions processed on ECRIS Service Center Portal.
  • Perform any other job-related duties assigned from time to time.

What do you need?

  • High School Diploma or minimum of six (6) CXC or GCE “O” level subjects including English and Mathematics..
  • Excellent attitude to customer service and teamwork.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Sound knowledge of computer software packages including spreadsheet and word processing applications.
