Greet customers in person or by phone and direct them to the appropriate department/team member. Provide administrative support to the various departments as needed.
As Receptionist you will
Answer all incoming calls.
Perform general administrative functions for the Company including managing the courier and mail service activities.
Log all cheques.
Dispatch notices and outgoing mail.
Greet and direct walk-in clients to the appropriate area.
Collate policy contracts and dispatch to Insurance Advisors for delivery.
Assist with responding to agent and client queries.
Assist with Client Service tasks.
Process all online payments received daily.
Prepare the monthly report for submission to the Administrative Officer.
Log all transactions processed on ECRIS Service Center Portal.
Perform any other job-related duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
High School Diploma or minimum of six (6) CXC or GCE “O” level subjects including English and Mathematics..
Excellent attitude to customer service and teamwork.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Sound knowledge of computer software packages including spreadsheet and word processing applications.
