We are seeking an energetic Beach Attendant/Deckhand to assist with our beach and snorkel boat operations. Duties include crewing snorkel boats to various locations, including Stingray City, organizing beach activities, guiding Jet Ski snorkel tours, and renting Jet Skis, sailboats, kayaks and paddleboats to guests. The role also involves unloading, setting up and packing away watersports equipment. Applicants must be competent swimmers and have customer service experience. A professional appearance, outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail and initiative are required. Current CPR/First Aid or lifeguarding certification is preferred. A Windsurfing Instructor qualification is desirable but not essential.
