Hairstylist

We are a premier 5-star salon specializing in eco-friendly, non-toxic hair care and advanced technical color lines for a high-end clientele requiring top-tier execution. We are looking for a experienced hairstylist with min 5+ years experience in a luxury salon with their own active roster of clients.

Duties

• Assist Master Hairstylist
• Execute advanced blonde hair coloring (foil work, balayage, high-lift) and color corrections.
• Apply, maintain, and blend customized micro-fusion keratin hair extensions.
• Provide master-level precision hair cutting and styling (strictly men’s scissor cuts; no clippers).
• Perform hair rejuvenation treatments and complex updo styling for wedding/bridal clients.
• Provide mobile, on-location services for weddings/VIP events.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility to accommodate premium bookings and peak salon hours.

Requirements

• Professionally trained, licensed Hairstylist with minimum 5+ years of verified 5-star luxury salon experience.
• Certified technical expertise simultaneously encompassing blonde coloring, micro-fusion extensions, and precision cutting.
• Established active personal roster of clients.
• Highly flexible schedule (early mornings, late evenings, weekends, public holidays) for client and wedding bookings.
• Valid Cayman Islands Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle for mandatory on-location service calls.
• Must possess a clean police record.
• Must be able to travel to USA for trade shows and ability to work in USA to assist Master Hairstylist at Education events.
• Laundry and salon cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and luxury hospitality skills.

Compensation

Wages: CI $8.75/hr or up to 40% weekly commission (whichever is higher based on experience/targets), plus gratuities. Statutory benefits (Pension, Health Insurance, Paid Vacation) provided per Cayman Islands Labour Act.
