Cook

• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to cook local and Jerk a plus
• Ability to create and suggest new menu that correlates to the restaurants theme(asian/caribbean fusion)
• Assist with catering and large-volume food preparation when required.
• Ability to prepare and manage à la carte orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work early hours and on public holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Apply health and safety regulations in all food preparations and storage.
• Package: Wages KYD 8.75 p/hour plus
