Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer to drive global growth, brand leadership, and strategic partnerships—all while protecting our ethics-first approach.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee multi-country service delivery, ensuring operational readiness and the ability to scale effectively.
• Lead complex mobilisations with strong governance frameworks, including RAID management and consistent delivery cadence
• Develop and implement SOPs, quality assurance processes, training programs, and performance tracking through KPIs and dashboards.
• Manage incidents, ensure audit readiness, and uphold compliance and safeguarding standards across all operations and partners.
• Manage supplier and partner relationships (including clinic-style operations), oversee contracts, and ensure adherence to agreed service levels.
• Lead organisational design, recruitment, onboarding, restructures, and performance management initiatives.

Who You Are

• Experienced senior commercial leader in fertility/IVF
• Proven success in driving revenue growth, partnerships, and multi-market marketing
• Skilled in trust-building, high-consideration conversion, and scaling organisations ethically
• Comfortable leading internationally and influencing stakeholders across cultures
