Objective

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Plumber with over 9+ years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and/or industrial plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of plumbing installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety and building codes. This role requires leadership ability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, long-term solutions.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices when needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency plumbing situations promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other trades on job sites.
• Requirements:

Minimum 9+ years of proven experience in the plumbing field. Valid plumbing license/certification (as required by local regulations). Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments.
