CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

RD Consultant Agency Services Ltd T/A RDM Recruitment Services is seeking a highly professional and experienced Customer Service Agent to support airport operations, delivering accurate, efficient, and high-standard passenger service in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Agent serves as the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for providing accurate information, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage check-in, boarding, reservations, and ticketing procedures
• Handle baggage, cargo, and irregular flight situations
• Process payments and reconcile daily transactions
• Provide accurate flight, fare, and schedule information
• Resolve passenger complaints and service disruptions
• Complete reports and operational documentation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven customer service experience (aviation or similar environment preferred)
• Strong computer literacy and ability to operate POS and booking systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a structured, time-sensitive environment
• Professional grooming and presentation standards required
• Must complete mandatory training (minimum 80% pass mark)
• Able to work on weekends and holidays.
• Clean police record required
