Janitor

The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment. Duties include cleaning windows, mirrors, fixtures, and other surfaces as required and sanitizing floors, bathrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces. Emptying garbage and disposing of waste properly. Following health, safety, and sanitation procedures always. Restocking toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other cleaning supplies. Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and appropriately. Reporting maintenance issues, damage, safety hazards, or needed repairs to management.
