CO-F&B Manager

The position includes but is not limited to supervising Food & Beverage operations of a dynamic daytime & night time seaside Bar & restaurant, upscale evening restaurant, and banqueting functions for up to 300 persons. This position requires flexibility of hours and the ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak periods. Knowledge of all aspects of the Food & Beverage industry, including wines & spirits, is required. This property caters to both residents and visitors in a fast-paced but relaxed environment.

Responsibilities Include

• Overseeing food and beverage operations, including the Chef team, while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance with accepted F & B policies and safety standards
• Enforcing legal obligations and limitations
• Monitoring operations, standards, and procedures related to all aspects of Food & Beverage, including inventory, etc.
• Oversee and motivate a staff of 60+ team members to effectively operate the business.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to convey and direct attention to detail.
• Exceptional guest service and leadership skills -Lead by Example
• Responsible for liaising regularly with the management team
• Be an ambassador of tourism in the Cayman Islands
