The position includes but is not limited to supervising Food & Beverage operations of a dynamic daytime & night time seaside Bar & restaurant, upscale evening restaurant, and banqueting functions for up to 300 persons. This position requires flexibility of hours and the ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak periods. Knowledge of all aspects of the Food & Beverage industry, including wines & spirits, is required. This property caters to both residents and visitors in a fast-paced but relaxed environment.
