As part of a newly established company, the Mason/Carpenter will be expected to bring proven experience and work with minimal supervision. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can operate independently on job sites and take full responsibility for assigned tasks. Candidates must already be proficient in masonry and carpentry, including formwork, block laying, concrete pouring, wood framing, and finishing. The employee must be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, operating hand and power tools safely, and ensuring structural accuracy and high-quality craftsmanship. This position involves supporting all phases of residential and commercial construction projects, often working independently and making sound decisions in the field to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
